Intruders

Three sunrises ago, RoseClan had accepted three new members. Hawkfeather, Shadefur, and Eaglewing. Hawkfeather had been shy at first, but after a while, she learned to trust them, Echostar and Almonddash at least. Shadefur and Berrypaw had become quick friends, due to their talkative attitudes. Eaglewing had been uneasy, being accepted into the Clan so easily, but he started to trust them quickly.

"Hey, Echostar," she black and white snapped her head up as soon as she heard her name. It was Goldenheart. "I just got back from patrol with Almonddash and Birdpaw, and we found something you might not like."

"What did you find?" An uneasy curiosity plagued her mind.

"We found badger scents near the border," the golden she-cat stated.

Echostar stiffened at the word badger. Big, ugly black and white brutes that could kill a full grown cat if they pleased to do so. A badger was the cause of Spiritcaller's demise.

The black and white she-cat narrowed her eyes and growled. "Where?"

"Outside of it," Almonddash stated as he approached the two she-cats. "Not in TwilightClan's side though. It looked like the badgers were on the riverside of the territory."

"Badgers?" Echostar said, "As in more than one badger?"

"Well," Almonddash started, "yes. There were smells of more than one badger."

Birdpaw chirped in, "About three or four of them, and with the number of cats in RoseClan, we should be able to tackle them easy!"

"She has a point, Echostar," Almonddash said, taking note of her uneasiness despite the small number of the badgers. "Even with just you, me, and two other Warriors, we should be able to fight them off, or chase them into TwilightClan's territory or chase them past the border and closer to twolegplace or the mountains."

Echostar flicked her tail and stood up, "I know that," she muttered. The black and white she-cat looked at her calico deputy. "Almonddash, can I talk to you in the forest for a moment?"

"Of course, Echostar!" The tom stood up and followed Echostar outside through the brush tunnel.

"Almonddash, can I trust you with something?" She asked, staring at the trees, her eyes focusing on nothing.

"Of course! You can trust me with anything!"

She looked back at him and opened her jaws to saw something, but was interrupted when the bushes started rustling. She turned her head and snarled, "Who's there?"

"Relax, Echostar! It's just us!" Shadefur walked from the bushes, Cherrywind was behind him. "While we were patrolling, we found two intruders! Eaglewing! Ravenfeather!"

When the black she-cat and skinny calico appeared from the bushes with the intruders, Echostar was astonished. "Ghoststar, Scorchtooth? What brings you here?"

Almonddash

Deputy. Almonddash is a calico and white long haired tom with very pale green eyes. He is a happy go lucky fellow. The opposite of his brother. Often times his friendly attitude can even be mistaken for flirting with the she-cats. He does have an ambitious streak to him. His mother is Cherrywind and his brother is Nightflame. Almonddash was exploring with his brother back when they were Apprentices when Nightflame got caught in a old beaver trap. His brother changed after that and Almonddash wishes he wouldn't blame him, but even he is starting to blame himself. His theme song is Beautiful Mess by Diamond Rio.

Cherrywind

Blacklight

Warrior. A black and white tom with light, yellow-green eyes. He has scars under his pelt from past scuffles. At first, he can seem cold and quiet, but if you know him well enough, he is a bit friendlier. He seems to have a loyalty to the Clan, even if he seems he is an anti-social cat. He used to be a rogue, which is why he has scars from bast battles for territory and food. He left them to search for a better life, and contemplated becoming a rogue. He wandered into RoseClan's territory by accident, and decided a group was better than being alone. No theme song

Honeyfur

Warrior. Honeyfur has short golden fur on back, face, and tail; the rest of her body is a pretty white. Her eyes are a shade of light blue with hints of white. She's a sweet she-cat, but can a little drama queen. Honeyfur may seem like a hot head, but she's anything from that, instead she's a pipin' hot mess. Her father is dead, and the whereabouts of her mother and 2 brothers are unknown. She came from a kittypet family, but her father was a loner. She shares both of her parents' looks. She theme song is I Love It by Icona Pop.

Birdpaw (Birdflight)

Apprentice. A small, ginger tabby she-cat with yellow-green eyes. She is small, so doesn't have much muscle on her, but she is lightning-fast and has plenty of energy. She is energetic and playful. She loves to be the center of attention, and sometimes praise can give her a bit of an ego. She is very happy most of the time, and loves being near other cats. But, when the time calls for it, she will turn serious. She was the runt of the litter, so her mother abandoned her, since it was believed the little cat had no chances of survival. She was picked up by a RoseClan patrol before any predators could get to her, and she was raised into the Clan. No theme song. Her mentor is Almonddash.

Phantom

Kittypet. Phantom is a black tom cat with very light blue eyes. He is a very loyal kitty-pet. He rarely leaves his house-folk and keeps all trespassers off their yard. Though he does have a slight rebellious streak. This small rebellious streak lead him to wander into the woods far from his two-leg house once. He got lost, but Cherrywind helped him get home. They fell in love. In the end he had to leave her though, the lived two different lives. His theme song is Sorry by Daughtry to Cherrywind for leaving her.
